Wandering Two is proud to announce our “Win Our Boat Raffle of a Lagoon 400 Catamaran” starting June 29th 2019 at 11:00AM. The drawing will be on October 1st 2019. Need not be present to win. Must be 18 years or older to buy a ticket. Proceeds to benefit Wandering Two a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
OFFICIAL RULES
The “Win Our Boat Raffle of a Lagoon 400 Catamaran ” Raffle is being conducted by Wandering Two LLC., a non-profit 501(c)3 organization under the laws of the State of Delaware.
Ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must have a valid Social Security number.
There is no limit to the number of tickets one (1) person may purchase.
Wandering Two Board members and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this raffle.
Raffle tickets are $100.00 each. Raffle tickets may be purchased by credit card. Should the purchaser’s credit card be declined, the ticket will become void and withdrawn from the drawing.
By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions.
Odds of winning are 1:10,000.

All ticket order forms must be received with full payment no later than 11:59PM on September 30th, 2019 or before a total of 10,000 tickets have been sold, whichever comes first, to be entered into the drawing. Wandering Two will not extend ticket sales beyond the current drawing date of 11:59PM on September 30th, 2019.
Prize: One prize will be given away. First Prize: 2013 Lagoon 400 Owner’s Version Catamaran valued at $325,000 or the cash value of $325,000.
Drawing will be held on October 1st 2019. The winner will be determined by random drawing.
Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by via email and certified return receipt mail within 7 days of the drawing, and will be posted on the Wandering Two website.
If Wandering Two has not sold by 8:00 am EDT on September 1, 2019, at least 8,000 valid raffle tickets and received full payment therefore, Wandering Two may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel the raffle and withdraw the prizes aforementioned or decide to delay the drawing until the minimum has been purchased. In such an event, Wandering Two will refund in full all monies collected to all persons who made payment, if they do not want to participate in a delayed drawing or if the raffle is canceled.
The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses incurred in claiming the 2013 Lagoon 400. The Internal Revenue Service requires that any prizes valued at $600 or more be issued a Form W-2G, and requires that 25% of total winnings be withheld for federal taxes on prizes of $5,000 or more. The First Prize winner understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the First Prize winner is receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge Wandering Two, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due.
Prize must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to Wandering Two as a donation.
Wandering Two, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
The decisions and rules of Wandering Two are final on all matters concerning the raffle.
